TA Associates Hosts 2019 Sales Summit for Portfolio Companies

The Sales Summit drew nearly 60 senior sales executives from TA’s portfolio companies across the globe and in various sectors, including technology, healthcare, financial services, consumer and business services. The two-day summit facilitated and fostered interactions and knowledge sharing across TA’s diverse group of portfolio companies to exchange best practices and case studies. Henry Schuck, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DiscoverOrg, a TA portfolio company, kicked off the summit by sharing the lessons learned from his journey setting up a world class go-to-market engine. Presenters that followed included members of TA’s Strategic Resource Group and world-class commercial leaders, including Attila Dsupin, Chief Commercial Officer of TA portfolio company W.A.G. payment solutions, A.S. (“Eurowag”). Additional presentations and breakout sessions were comprised of a wide variety of topics, including, among others, core practices of a growth-oriented sales culture, leveraging data in sales and marketing, budgeting and forecasting, and the evolution of commercial operations.
