Exeter Property Group specializes primarily in industrial real estate across the U.S. and Europe through an array of Value-Add and Core return investment vehicles, as well as managed accounts. The Company executes nearly all of the functions required to manage properties, including property management, leasing and construction management, differentiating itself among most other real estate private equity firms. Exeter has also expanded into Multifamily and Office strategies, as well as exploring Asian and South American markets.

The Company was acquired by EQT in April 2021.
