Keeley Asset Management Corp. (KAMCO) was a privately-owned, Chicago-based asset management firm, founded in 1982.

KAMCO served a diverse institutional client base that included foundations, endowments, pension funds, charitable organizations and private trusts. The financial services firm also managed the Keeley Funds, a family of publicly-traded mutual funds. KAMCO used a bottom-up, value-based investment approach that focused on small- to mid-cap companies undergoing internal corporate restructuring.
