Hythem is Co-Managing Partner of TA and Co-Head of its North America Technology Group. In addition to leading the firm, he remains deeply engaged in sourcing, underwriting, and building technology companies, drawing on more than 25 years of experience partnering with exceptional founders and executives.

- Began his career at TA as an Associate in 2004, became a Managing Director in 2016 and Co-Managing Partner in 2025
- Sponsored 31 investments to date across North America, Europe, India and the Middle East
- Originated or enabled more than 300 add-on acquisitions for portfolio companies
- Has helped build over a dozen multi-billion-dollar enterprise value companies and been involved with four public companies
- Investment experience spans software, communications, financial technology and HCIT
- Chairs TA's Management Committee and is a member of the Executive, Core Investment and Portfolio Committees
